Returns and Refund Policy

1. Research Chemicals Exemption

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and the risk of degradation or tampering, we do not accept returns on opened products.

2. Return Conditions

You may return items within 14 days of receipt ONLY if they are completely sealed, untampered, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
